SERVICE PAYMENT:
Prepayment for the services is a security deposit for
services which a subscriber may wish to buy from SportPicks.biz
Service. Deduction of monies from the client’s security deposit
is made on a weekly basis, after making up the balance for the last
betting week (on Sunday-Monday).
If the week brings a profit, the service deducts a payment
for the services rendered and for the last betting week from the
subscriber’s security deposit in accordance with the current
price.
If the week brings a loss, the service will increase the
subscriber’s security deposit by the amount of the last betting
week’s loss in accordance with the current price.
If, after a weekly recalculation, the subscriber’s
security deposit is less than €14, then rendering of services will
be suspended until the subscriber increases the deposit. Mailing to the
subscriber will be recommenced only from the next Monday or Tuesday (if
there was no mailing on Monday) after the day of increasing the deposit.
Security deposit less than €14 can be withdrawn by
the subscriber at any moment.
EXAMPLE 1: The deposit - €30, week’s
profit – 10%, the deposit after re-calculation - €10,
service rendering is suspended.
EXAMPLE 2: The deposit - €30,
week’s profit – 5%, the deposit after re-calculation -
€20, service rendering continues.
EXAMPLE 3: The deposit - €30,
week’s loss – 5%, the deposit after re-calculation -
€40, service rendering continues.
A
balance sheet will be sent weekly to every subscriber after
re-calculation (on Sunday-Monday).
